Maximizing Your Interpersonal Skills
This course offers simple techniques to improve interactions and communications with fellow employees across a variety of mediums: in-person, video, text and email.

- Develop an awareness of what an attitude is, where it comes from, and how to deal with seemingly difficult ones.
