This course demonstrates how to use the DiSC behavioral model (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness) to enhance individual and team productivity and efficiency. Participants complete individual assessments online that the instructor uses to create customized course content.

Maximizing Your Interpersonal Skills

This course offers simple techniques to improve interactions and communications with fellow employees across a variety of mediums: in-person, video, text and email.

  • Define interpersonal skills and approachability.
  • Practice using the elements of effective communication.
  • Develop an awareness of what an attitude is, where it comes from, and how to deal with seemingly difficult ones.

Critical Thinking

This course develops the ability to recognize and identify differing critical problems present in daily work environments. Participants learn how to recognize and articulate a problem by identifying assumptions and definitions and develop a problem-solving process. Focus is on critical thinking around basic business functions, keys to success in business, and key performance indicators (KPI).
