Student Life Director
The Front Range Community College Student Government Association (SGA) was created to represent and act as the official student voice for FRCC students. We strive to define, defend and advocate for all student rights, responsibilities and freedoms—and to promote the general welfare of the students.
The Student Government Association (SGA) serves as the cornerstone of student representation and leadership at our college. Acting as the unified voice of the student body, SGA fosters collaboration, advocacy, and innovation to enhance the overall student experience. By facilitating meaningful engagement, the SGA bridges the gap between students, faculty, staff, and administrators, ensuring that every student has a platform to contribute to the campus community's growth and success.
The Mission of SGA is to represent and advocate for the collective voice of students
across
all campuses, fostering inclusivity, leadership, and meaningful engagement in the
college
community.
Membership
All members of SGA are democratically elected student representatives voted in by the FRCC student body. SGA is made up of the Executive Board and Campus General Assemblies, overseen by the Advisory Board.
The Executive Board has a College-Wide President, 3 Campus Vice-Presidents, a College-
Wide Secretary/Treasurer and State Student Advisory Council Representative(s).
Each of the three campuses have a Campus General Assembly consisting of the Campus Vice-President, a Campus Secretary, and Voting Representatives.
The Advisory Board is SGA’s link to college leadership to encourage open communication and collaboration. This group is made up of the FRCC Dean of Student, an FRCC Cabinet member, the CW SGA President, and the Director of Student Engagement.
Meetings
Student Government Association general assembly meetings are open to all students, faculty, and staff. Visit the Student Life Office on your campus or email Amanda Clancy for specific locations and times.
