Financial Disclaimer

By registering for courses, you automatically assume a financial obligation to the FRCC College. As part of this process, you will be required to complete a Student Account Payment Agreement form. This agreement signifies that, unless you officially drop your classes within the designated refund period, you are responsible for the full payment of tuition and fees. You can view and print your bill through eWOLF after registration. Please note, you remain financially obligated to the FRCC College even if you do not receive a physical bill.

Important: FRCC does not drop classes for non-payment. However, you are still responsible for any courses you register for, and failure to drop them by the official deadline will result in financial responsibility.

Log into eWOLF to confirm your course schedule and drop any unwanted classes before the published deadline. In accordance with state fiscal procedures, unpaid accounts will be referred to a collections agency, which could negatively affect your credit rating and lead to additional charges, including collection fees, attorney fees, interest, or other related costs. Students with outstanding financial obligations will not be eligible to register for future courses until all balances are resolved.

Sponsors Responsibilities

A third-party payee (or sponsor) is an external agency, company, or organization that pays all or part of a student’s tuition and/or fees on the student’s behalf. Examples include employers (such as Amazon or PepsiCo), military or veteran education benefits (such as the Colorado National Guard or Vocational Rehabilitation), and other government or sponsoring organizations. These sponsors typically provide funding in connection with employment, service commitments, or approved programs.

Third Party Sponsor must abide by the terms and conditions set forth on authorization form. This serves as an agreement between the Student and Third Party/Sponsor Agency to pay the total amount of tuition and other charges set forth on the invoice.

Sponsor agrees the release of student's grade report, withdrawal, and course financial information from FRCC to Third Party/Sponsor Agency in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and cannot disclose student information to others without the written approval of the student.

Sponsor payment must be received within 30 days of receipt of invoice for student to be eligible to continue enrollment process.

Payment can be made either by check or credit cards. Checks must be made payable to Front Range Community College. If payment is not received within 30 days of the billing date, a finance hold will be placed on the student account.

If for any reason the Third Party/Sponsor Agency does not pay the charge(s) shown on the invoice, the Student is responsible for paying the outstanding balance by the end of the semester.

Third Party Sponsor's with a past-due balances may have billing privileges terminated until they account is brought to "Good Standing" with the College.
