A Message From The President

It is with deep pride and great optimism that I present to you Forward, Together — Front Range Community College’s 2025–2030 Strategic Plan. 

This plan is more than a roadmap; it is a declaration of who we are and what we believe in. It reflects the hopes and ideas of our students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community. It honors our shared purpose and sets a bold course for the future — one grounded in belonging, innovation and impact. 

Community colleges are being called to evolve. At FRCC, we are not simply responding to change, we are leading it. Our plan positions us to redefine what it means to be a community college in the 21st century. Together, we will strengthen student success, deepen equity, embrace our call to serve all students and power the workforce of tomorrow. 

Our planning process was inclusive, courageous and ambitious. We asked big questions. We listened deeply. We imagined more. From focus groups to workshops, from data to storytelling, we built this plan hand-in-hand — forward, together. 

Over the next five years, we will be guided by five strategic priorities. They are anchored in our newly defined mission, vision and values and they reflect our unwavering belief that every student deserves the opportunity to succeed. 

This is our moment to lead. To collaborate across disciplines. To innovate beyond boundaries. And to design a future that reflects the very best of what we can offer — not only to our students, but to Colorado and beyond.
