The FRCC Promise Program is designed to remove financial barriers and ensure students have the resources and support they need to succeed at FRCC.
Launching Fall 2025, this program provides last-dollar scholarships to cover tuition, fees and books for first-generation, low-income students from targeted high schools in Larimer County.
The Impact of Your Support
Your donation directly supports students transitioning from high school to FRCC.
Funding helps students with:
- Full tuition and fees
- Books and classroom materials
- Wraparound support services, including mentorship and academic
coaching
This initiative will increase college-going rates, improve student success, and strengthen our community.
The Matching Gift Challenge
Thanks to a generous matching challenge, every donation brings us one step closer to launching the FRCC Promise Program.
Our goal is to raise $100,000 in cash and pledges to establish the fund.
Donors who contribute $10,000 or more in the first year will be recognized as Founding Circle Members of the Promise Program.
Who is Eligible?
Students must meet the following criteria to receive funding:
- Graduate of a participating high school
- Enroll at FRCC within 16 months of high school graduation
- Maintain a 2.5 GPA (junior/senior weighted GPA) and a 2.0 GPA at FRCC
- Complete FAFSA or CASFA each year to maximize available aid
- Stay enrolled full-time and complete at least 24 credits per year
How You Can Help
Your donation makes a life-changing impact on students who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend college.
