When will the survey be conducted?
Students will be invited to complete the survey from February 17, 2025, to March 21, 2025 (one week after the final reminder email on March 14).
Who is eligible to take the survey?
All enrolled undergraduate students 18 years of age or older are eligible to participate. (Research protections stipulate that students under 18 years of age are ineligible.)
Why was I asked to complete the Student Needs Survey?
You were asked to participate because FRCC wants to learn about your college experiences so that they can better support students.
I already completed the survey. Why did you email me again? Can you unsubscribe me
from this list?
In order to protect students’ privacy, we do not track which students have completed the survey. If you already completed the survey, thank you! Please disregard additional emails about the survey. Your college is emailing you directly about the survey, so we cannot unsubscribe you.
I’m having trouble with college right now. Can you help me?
FRCC has a number of support services in place to help you succeed—both in and out of the classroom. Check out our academic and student support services, or reach out to your advisor for help.

What will happen with my responses?
We will share aggregate (combined) results from many students with your college or university and may publish aggregate (combined) results publicly. Responses to open-ended questions may be released publicly, but they will be shared anonymously.
How long is the survey?
The survey will take about 20 minutes.
What are the benefits of participating?
There are no direct benefits to participating in this survey. However, your participation will help educate FRCC about the best ways to help students like you succeed. FRCC is also offering prizes and will be drawing a winner after the survey is closed (March/April 2025).
