Amendment 64 and FRCC Marijuana Guidelines

Despite the passage of Amendment 64 the use, possession, sale or distribution of marijuana (including medical marijuana and any product containing marijuana) on any college owned or controlled property, including our parking lots, is illegal and against FRCC guidelines.

As a college that receives federal funding, FRCC must abide by the Federal Drug Free Schools and Communities Act of 1989 and Federal Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988 under which marijuana remains illegal. Violators to these guidelines will be referred to the Dean of Student Services, or Human Resources.
