Navigating Leadership, Management and Supervision
This 5-week hybrid course is designed to empower professionals with comprehensive
skills essential for effective workplace leadership. Combining interactive 2-hour
asynchronous online modules with engaging weekly 2-hour Zoom sessions, the course
offers a flexible learning environment conducive to busy schedules. Participants will
explore the nuances of leadership, management, and supervision roles, mastering key
responsibilities, leadership styles, and essential communication strategies. Through
practical exercises and case studies, they will develop proficiency in strategic decision-making,
efficient task prioritization, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
By the culmination of the course, attendees will be equipped with the tools and insights
needed to lead and manage teams effectively in today's dynamic work environments.
Note: This is a hybrid class, with days that we will meet in person at our Westminster
campus and days that we will meet over Zoom. There will also be asynchronous videos
and activities to complete Weeks 2-4 before class. Please see below for a complete

Note: This is one of a series of courses presented through a Colorado Skill Advance Grant submitted by the NoCo Construction Partnership, City of Fort Collins and City of Loveland. All courses will be taught by an experienced instructor through Live Remote – so you can attend in the comfort of your home or office. Zoom link will be provided prior to class start date.

Remote and Field Team Management
This course is designed to equip managers with the skills and strategies needed to
effectively lead and support teams working in diverse and dispersed environments.
Through a blend of theoretical frameworks, practical insights, and real-world case
studies, participants will explore best practices for remote team communication, collaboration,
and performance management. From leveraging technology and fostering a culture of
trust to addressing unique challenges such as isolation and accountability, this course
covers the entire spectrum of remote and field team management. Participants will
emerge with the confidence and expertise to build cohesive, high-performing teams,
regardless of geographical boundaries, ultimately driving productivity and success
in today's increasingly virtual work landscape.

Customer-Centric Leadership
This course is designed to empower leaders to drive organizational success by prioritizing
the needs and experiences of customers. Through a blend of theory, practical strategies,
and real-world examples, participants will explore the principles of customer-centricity,
including understanding customer journeys, collecting and analyzing feedback, and
aligning business objectives with customer expectations. Leaders will develop the
skills to inspire and mobilize teams toward a shared commitment to delivering exceptional
customer experiences, fostering a culture of customer-centricity at every level of
the organization. By embracing customer-centric leadership principles, participants

Digital Ethics for Leaders
This course delves into the complex intersection of technology, ethics, and leadership
in the digital age. Participants will explore critical topics such as data privacy,
cybersecurity, algorithmic bias, and the ethical implications of emerging technologies.
Through engaging discussions, case studies, and interactive exercises, leaders will
