Hey Class of 2024! As a graduating senior, you could qualify for a $1,500 scholarship for Fall 2024 through the Opportunity Next program. And if you enroll full time for Fall 2024 (12+ credit hours) before July 21, you'll get an additional 3-credit, on-campus class for free.
How It Works
To be eligible for the Opportunity Next Scholarship, you must:
- Be a 2024 Colorado high school graduate or equivalent.
- Complete the Opportunity Next Acceptance form.
- Enroll in and maintain enrollment in at least six credit hours at FRCC for the Fall 2024 semester.
- Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) / Colorado Application for State Financial Aid (CASFA). Although submitting the FAFSA or CASFA is required, this scholarship will be awarded regardless of whether you receive any other financial aid.
- This scholarship will prioritize those who enroll in a high-priority program listed below.
What You'll Receive
You'll receive a one-time scholarship of up to $1,500 for the 2024 fall semester. This scholarship can be used to help cover tuition, fees, books and equipment and will prioritize those who enroll in a high-priority program.
Get a Free 3-Credit On-Campus Class
If you register for more than 12 credit hours for the 2024 fall semester before July 21, 2024, you'll also get a free 3-credit on-campus class.
