Student Service Hours

The fall semester will be here before you know it and we want you to get off to a great start with expanded drop-in hours.

Remember, this is our busiest time of the year, so please expect longer-than-usual wait times. Thank you for your patience as we work to support all current and continuing students during these hours:

Back-to-School Drop-In Hours

Drop-in hours are available for our student service departments, including advising (for current students), financial aid, disability support services and veteran's services.

August 3 - August 7

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

August 10 - August 14

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
  • Friday: Student services will be unavailable because of staff and faculty training. Plan to visit campus another day for support.

August 17 - August 21 (Fall Semester Starts!)

  • Monday & Tuesday: 8 am - 6:30 pm
  • Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Attention New Students

 

All new FRCC students will have the opportunity to attend group advising in August if you haven’t already had an advising appointment.

 

Be sure to complete your Pre-Advising Essentials Journey in Navigate360 prior to attending group advising. Click on the Appointment link in Navigate360 to register for a session. Be sure to register at least 2 hours in advance so that the new student advising team can prepare your plan.
