Facilities Department

Welcome to the Facilities Department! We are dedicated to keeping our campuses safe, clean and welcoming so you can focus on what matters most: your education. Our team works hard behind the scenes to provide a comfortable and safe environment.

What We Do

• Our custodial team ensures the campuses are clean and spaces are always ready to use.
• Our trades staff maintains, repairs and supports multiple areas around the campuses including the buildings, furniture and grounds.
• Our grounds and forestry team makes sure students, staff, faculty and visitors enjoy the outdoor areas by maintaining our grounds and supporting safety for everyone.
• The planning and projects staff are always looking for ways to improve campus and the experience of people at the college. This includes large-scale construction and repair, as well as planning for a new campus in Longmont.
