Transcripts

You may need a copy of your Front Range Community College transcript to transfer to another school, get an internship, or apply for a scholarship. To request a copy, just follow these simple instructions.

Official vs. Unofficial Transcripts

For most things, you’ll need an official copy of your transcript. This means the transcript is sealed and sent straight from our admissions office to the college, university, or internship or scholarship program that requested it.

In some cases, you might also want or need an unofficial (unsealed) transcript, which can also be requested using the steps below.

Recent Students: Request Transcripts Online

If you’re a former student who took classes between fall 1987 and six months ago, you can view and order your transcript online. Simply:

  1. Log in using your student ID or S number as your user name (don’t remember your ID? You can look it up here.)

  2. Select the Student tab and then the Student Records menu

  3. Select Official Transcript or Unofficial Transcript (located under Student Information)

  4. Fill out the form

(If you want an official transcript, you can only have your transcript sent to one of these options per request: external college, one of your addresses, internal college, or “issue to.”)

Current Students: Get Your Transcript from eWOLF

If you’re a current student, you can request a copy of your transcript through eWOLF. Simply:

  1. Log into eWOLF and choose the Student tab

  2. Select Official Transcript or Unofficial Transcript (located under Student Information)

  3. Fill out the form

(If you want an official transcript, you can only have your transcript sent to one of these options per request: external college, one of your addresses, internal college, or “issue to.”)

Request Transcripts by Mail or Fax

If you’d rather mail or fax your request, just fill out the FRCC Transcript Request Form and mail or fax it to your campus.

How Long Will It Take?

Requests usually take two to three business days to process. If you need to speed things up, $10 per transcript will get you same-day processing. Contact admissions for more information on expediting your transcripts.

Keep in mind that transcripts are only available to students in good financial standing. If you owe the college money, your transcript request will be put on hold until any outstanding payments are made.

Need Transcripts from Before 1987?

Just fill out the FRCC Transcript Request Form and mail or fax your request (see instructions above).
