- Use your F# or S# for your log-in ID and the PIN issued to you by your advisor.
Top How do I get my S#?- You were either e-mailed (if we had a valid email address) or mailed your S# in the last registration mailer we sent or in your acceptance letter (if you are a new student)

Continuing students: - Full name (first, middle, last)
- Grade for course previously taken at FRCC (must state name and grade of course)
- Address
New students: - Full name (first, middle, last)

- Last High School attended and year of graduation from high school
We will e-mail you your S# after we receive and confirm this information. Top What’s my password? An advisor will issue your initial password. The first time you log in, the system asks you to reset this to a new 6-digit number. Top What is a CRN# and how do I find it? The CRN# is the Course Reference Number (formerly known as the Call Number). This number is how the registration system recognizes the specific course and section you want to register for. You can find the CRN# in the schedule of courses and in the search feature of the registration site (click on Course Search). Top How do I register? Add or drop a course? Search?- Go to www.frontrange.edu
- Click on Student Account under the LOG IN area. Choose the appropriate semester.
- Enter your USER ID in the User ID section of the login page. Students CANNOT use their Social Security Number.
- Enter your PIN (issued by an advisor).
If this is your first time logging in, you will receive a message that YOUR PIN HAS EXPIRED and RE-ENTER your “old” PIN. Your “old PIN” is the PIN issued by an advisor. You will be required to change your PIN to a new 6-digit number. Keep this number safe and confidential for future use.
You will then be prompted to ENTER A QUESTION and an ANSWER. You will be required to enter a security question and answer. This will allow you to reset your PIN, if needed, for access to your student records in the future. NOTE: Your User ID is Case Sensitive. The first letter of your ID must be capitalized. Your PIN must be six numbers (no letters) in length. Click SUBMIT and this will take you to the MAIN MENU. Click on STUDENT MENU and then REGISTRATION MENU. To look up classes select ADD OR DROP CLASSES for registration. Select the appropriate term. If you know the CRN (course registration number, formerly known as the call number) for the course, you may enter the CRN and then select SUBMIT CHANGES. To search for courses, please select CLASS SEARCH. Select FRONT RANGE COMMUNITY COLLEGE and select the appropriate term. You may select courses with many different search options. You must select at least one subject. If you are only able to take courses at a particular campus, please be sure to select the specific site under the CAMPUS: search field. When completed, select CLASS SEARCH. Select the box in front of the Course Reference Number (CRN) and select ADD TO WORKSHEET. You MUST select SUBMIT CHANGES OR REGISTER to officially register. You must register for one course at a time if you are searching for courses. If you know the CRN numbers, you may enter them all and then select submit changes. Go to RETURN TO MENU to view a full schedule and confirm accuracy. Print a copy for your records. You will need this to buy your books, find your classes and to obtain your student ID. When viewing the schedule if you need to drop a course, select DROP WEB under the action button and SUBMIT CHANGES. Please print SCHEDULE OF CLASSES for your information.
Top I am using the search feature, and I keep getting the message “no classes meet your criteria." What am I doing wrong?You may not be doing anything wrong, as there simply may not be a course offered that fits all of the criteria that you have requested. However, we recommend that you search again and choose fewer options among search criteria. Choose the options that are most critical to you. Choosing fewer options on the search feature should give you more class options. This issue has been reported to the managers of Banner, and we have requested further investigation. Top How do I pay for classes?The online payment option has been activated for student tuition and fee payments. Your balance can be obtained by calling the cashier's office or looking at the billing statement online. You may also make payments in person at the cashiers offices located at the Larimer, Boulder and Westminster campuses. Be sure to check out our new online deferred payment option called FACTS. Top
How do I check my grades?Login to your student account using your user ID (S#) and your PIN. Select Student Menu, then Student Records Menu, then Final Grades.
