If you are a new student, the State of Colorado requires you to take an assessment test and enroll in appropriate courses unless you qualify for an exemption.

Accuplacer® is a computerized placement test.  The test consists of:  

• A mathematics test. (Not timed)

• A sentence skills test. (Not timed)

• A reading skills test. (Not timed)

• A 300-600 word essay . 

  A science test for those students needing to take Anatomy & Physiology. (Not timed) 

Although the test is not timed we suggest you allow at least 2-3 hrs to complete the entire assessment
