General CAAP Information
All students eligible to receive associate degrees (AA, AS, AGS, or AAS) are required to complete the Collegiate Assessment of Academic Proficiency (CAAP). This proficiency or skill inventory will demonstrate your skill level in the following areas:
Writing Skills

Critical Thinking

A student who has already earned an Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, or Bachelor's degree is exempt from the CAAP. Please contact your campus testing center to verify exemption.
